Main objective of Renault was to increase the number of people who register for a test drive via the website. Renault partnered with FALCON Agency to develop and execute a 360-degree digital marketing strategy that boosted the number of test drives for the car models: Captur, Clio GT, Clio RS, Megane RS and Fluence.

Building new websites

There was a lack of conversion-driven websites that focused on test drive registrations. Renault partnered with FALCON Agency to develop user-friendly websites according to best practices in the industry.

Step 2:
DEFINING DIGITAL MARKETING MIX & RUNNING ONLINE CAMPAIGNS

Acquisition campaigns on digital channels such as Google, Facebook and Instagram have been setup in order to drive relevant traffic and the right audience to Renault's websites. Furthermore, activation campaigns via display retargeting have been managed to enable conversions of test drive registrations. Retention campaigns have been setup by providing relevant content through newsletter.
